This website describes an existing property and a developing vision for Mosaic Technology Center. Planned spaces, programs, memberships, services, partnerships, and future capabilities are not commitments. They may change, be delayed, or not be implemented.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, partnership interests, investment products, or memberships with investment characteristics.

Mosaic Technology Center is not presented through this website as a broker-dealer, placement agent, investment adviser, law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, immigration adviser, or employment agency.

Selective access and participant conduct

Submitting an inquiry does not create an application, right of admission, invitation, reservation, priority, or assurance of space, membership, services, introductions, or future consideration. MTC may consider purpose, readiness, compatibility, timing, physical capacity, sector balance, and other lawful factors.

Unrequested promotion, fundraising, deal distribution, recruitment, data harvesting, or solicitation of residents, visitors, members, partners, or their personnel is not permitted through MTC channels or activities. Any participant access and conduct requirements will be defined in applicable written terms.

Independent organizations

Mosaic Technology Center is a property and ecosystem brand operated by Mosaic Real Estate Holdings. Organizations located at, participating in, linked from, or referenced by the Center are independently owned and operated unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

Shared facilities, a similar name, a website link, an introduction, collaboration, or physical proximity does not by itself create common ownership, control, agency, partnership, joint venture, joint employment, endorsement, exclusivity, or authority to bind another organization.

Neutral ecosystem hubs

MosaicEcosystems.co and ACSIOM.co are described as neutral information and navigation hubs. They are not legal entities, corporate parents, employers, contracting parties, or representations that referenced organizations are commonly owned or operated.

Mosaic Technologies is an independent consulting and technology-services company. Its consulting or administrative work for another organization does not by itself create ownership, control, agency, joint employment, or authority to bind that organization.

Resident credentials and services

Licenses, registrations, credentials, services, and experience attributed to a resident organization belong solely to that organization. MTC does not grant access to them, supervise their use, or guarantee their current status, performance, availability, or suitability.

References to CA Low Voltage describe an independently operated resident company. They do not create an endorsement, partnership, referral obligation, shared license, or guarantee of services.

Market-entry and administrative support

Formation, filing, registered-agent, address, mail-handling, workspace, and market-entry services are available only after the service is formally established. A qualified applicant must enter a written agreement.

Administrative assistance is not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, securities, employment, or regulatory advice. Independent licensed professionals must provide advice that requires a professional license.

No guarantee or reliance

Website content does not guarantee admission, membership, space, services, introductions, financing, customers, market access, regulatory approval, commercial results, or any other outcome.

Each party must complete its own legal, financial, technical, and commercial review. Specific services, fees, access rights, responsibilities, and eligibility are defined only in applicable written agreements.

Images labeled “conceptual” illustrate a possible future experience. They do not show current members, partners, tenants, or completed facilities.
